Multi Gas Monitors
RAE by Honeywell
Using a 3rd generation photoionization detector (PID) and built-in correction factors for more than 200 compounds, the ppbRAE 3000+ is one of the most advanced VOC monitors for parts-per-billion (ppb) detection. It measures the presence of VOCs from 1ppb-10,000ppm with a three-second response time. Optional built-in Mesh Radio enables real-time monitoring of instrument readings wirelessly. Another option is Bluetooth, which can relay readings and alarm status up to 2 miles to a RAELink 3 wireless transmitter.
Photoionization detector that measures from 0-5,000 ppm, a built-in flashlight, and a rugged housing designed for harsh environments, it’s perfect for a range of applications and approved for safe area use in North America. The pump draws samples from up to 100 feet away, and with a 3-second response time, the MiniRAE Lite + can detect a leak before it can cause harm.
Its Photoionization Detector’s (PID)extended range of 0.01 to 10,000 ppm in VOC mode and 10 ppb to 200 ppm in benzene-specific mode makes it an ideal instrument for applications, from entry pre-screening during refinery and plant maintenance to hazardous material response, marine spill response and refinery down-stream monitoring.
Photoionization detector (PID) that has an extended detection range from 0-15,000 ppm, a rapid three-second response time, built-in correction factors for more than 200 compounds, patented auto-cleaning sensor technology and Reflex PID Technology™, the MiniRAE 3000 + can measure one of the highest levels of ionizable chemicals. The powerful sample pump draws through up to 100 feet of tubing horizontally or vertically.
Flexibility of up to six gas sensors and the convenience of wireless portability, this multi-gas monitor is versatile and customizable, while delivering real-time access to instrument readings and alarm status from any location. Choose from 25 sensor options including LEL, PID, NDIR, and exotics that can be easily changed in the field. With five built-in alarms, including man down, and wireless connectivity to your command center.
monitors both chemical threats and gamma radiation and is the only multi-threat monitor with parts per billion precision. With the ability to wirelessly transmit threat and alarm data in real time to a central command station, the MultiRAE Pro offers improved visibility and awareness. It also gives you the flexibility to swap out 25 different sensors for a range of threats, including VOCs, toxic gases, combustibles, oxygen levels, as well as gamma radiation detection. The large display and replaceable sensors, pump, and battery make it easy to use and maintain, while five different alarms, including man down,
The ToxiRAE Pro family is the industry’s first and largest family of wireless, personal single-gas monitors that can reliably and accurately monitor a full range of common toxic industrial chemicals (TICs), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), combustible gases, carbon dioxide (CO2), and Oxygen (O2). When combined with ProRAE Guardian software, safety managers can easily view data in real time on all ToxiRAE Pro instruments.
The ToxiRAE Pro CO2 is the only wireless CO2 single gas monitor available on the market. The ToxiRAE Pro CO2 is a personal detector that keeps people aware of carbon dioxide levels and facilitates remote monitoring of those readings from a central command station. The ToxiRAE Pro CO2 includes a replaceable filter and sensor, rechargeable lithium-ion battery, and automated bump testing and calibration to make it easy to use and maintain.
The ToxiRAE Pro LEL features the most extensive on-board gas library in its class, plus 55 built-in correction factors for improved accuracy. The wireless connectivity delivers real-time data about proximity to the lower explosive limit (LEL) directly to a central command station. And with a built-in man-down alarm, you can be confident your workers are safe.
The ToxiRAE Pro PID’s next-generation sensor can detect over 300 VOCs and uses a built-in on-board library of 190 correction factors to automatically read gases in equivalent units. Reliable, rugged, and intrinsically safe, the ToxiRAE Pro PID can be easily attached to workers’ uniforms, and also provides a man-down alarm.
